6 Lovely Years!

It has been 6 lovely years! On June 18, 2002 Ben and I were sealed in the Bountiful Temple. We still have not celebrated yet, because I was at girls camp ALLLLLL WEEK long and on the actual day! But we kind of celebrated in New York! Ben and I have had our share of NORMAL struggles, and lots of really great times. Sometimes it seems that we have known each other forever, than also like we just met! Each year I become more grateful for Ben, I still have moments.... Don't we all have moments of craziness, that is part of this whole process! I am more and more in love with him, like real love, not the kind you see in the movies, the real everyday stuff! I am so lucky to have a husband that provides for Mitchell and I so that I can stay at home with him! I am so grateful for my life! And I hope that it will only get better!

Funny Moment

Ben and I were working on the house yesterday, hanging lights and painting, and Ben had left his ladder in Mitchell's play room. He came upon him quietly and saw him trying to do what daddy does! Pretty dang cute huh!

Good Times, Good Friends

We went to a little BBQ with some great friends. We caught up on things and reminisced of old. It is always fun to see your friends living lives and having families! We did not get the picture till the last minute, so we are missing Terrell, Katie and Sydney - Brent, Mel and Hayden - and I think that is it! It was a lot of fun, we will do it again soon!

Grandpas Wedding

Bens Dad got married today! It has been an eventful weekend. They had a wedding dinner in there celebration on Friday the 13th:) and than they were sealed in the Jordan River Temple on Saturday the 14th! It was a beautiful day and a beautiful ceremony, Bens Grandpa sealed them. Now... I asked Ben to be in charge of pics and he got to distracted so this is all we have! Does my boy not look like a little man! Here he is in his suit, than his casual outfit and bootanire. I love to dress him as if he was a man! But I can't fathom the day that it actually happens, so I will just stick with pretending for now. LeAnn looked beautiful, and Dick looked HAPPY! We wish them the best, and love them both!

It's Been A While!

So yesterday I could not find Mitchell but I could hear him breathing and I looked just outside my back door... There he was just drinking his lemonade and kicking up his feet!

Mitchell LOVES to wear his helmet!

Hello fellow bloggers! Life is so very full of things to do and places to go. We have been very busy... Like I am sure you have. We just seeded our back yard with grass and it is growing beautifully, I will post pics when it is really pretty! Mitchell is talking up a storm and he has real personality, very feisty and very funny! He laughs when he says something funny.... the trouble is that I can NEVER understand what he is saying! But I laugh because he laughs. He LOVES the "agua" (I taught him that word, because water is hard to pronounce for such a young fellow) and he loves the park. He loves all of his Grandpa's and Grandma's and his Popi and Avo! He is so funny and that is what I want to remember about this age is the personality that comes through. He will be 2 in about 6 weeks... That is to crazy. Mitchell and I have been riding my bike to the park and back a couple day's a week. And more recently we went to sugar house park for a short time and on our way home we got caught in a lightning and hail storm! I had to pull over and sit under a tree ( I know not the brightest idea ) and wait for my neighbor to come and rescue us! In the mean time I was singing to Mitchell "The Itsy Bitsy Spider" in the rain and hail! It was fantastic:) Mitchell is really good about wearing his helmet! Anyway that's the latest and greatest!
